Birmingham’s Chef Bob Fit2Eat Program is Fabulous
Every week seems to pass faster and faster at Gretchen B Photography…I think it’s because we have delicious meals already prepared for us by Chef Bob through his Fit2Eat program. The food is always delicious, healthy, and low in fat and calories.
Are you a vegetarian? Chef Bob has many vegan dishes, and he can design a meal program just for you! This week’s menu features two vegetarian meals: Red Beans & Roasted Vegetables and Fit2Eat Sheppard’s Pie. (NOTE: Fit2Eat before the name of the dish means it’s an original recipe!)
Chef Bob and The Soup Dude make every week a culinary adventure. We’ve eaten foods we’ve never tried before (and a few we never heard of) and have become more adventurous eaters because of it. We’ll never be like that guy on television who eats raw and moving things, and that’s very okay with me (and probably with Chef Bob, too).
