Birmingham’s Chef Bob’s Fit2Eat is Amazing!
Chef Bob recently started another business in addition to his catering and baking services…he prepares entire meals for lunch and dinner for people who are interested in improving the quality of their diet and would like to lose weight. Each meal is designed to be less than 600 calories. Add a daily dose of moderate exercise, and you will find yourself looking and feeling better in no time! My husband lost 10 pound in less than 3 weeks; I lost 6.
We love that each meal is simply delicious and healthy. There’s no shopping for additional food itmes like in some other diet programs (you do need to provide your own breakfast, but Chef Bob has suggested breakfast menus on his weekly menu that is included when you pick up your week or weekend’s meals). I heat my lunches in the microwave at my studio; go home at the end of the day and heat our dinners. There’s nothing like having your own personal chef (and it’s very affordable!)
