Fabulous Food by Birmingham’s Chef Bob!
Chef Bob and his Fit2Eat program is excellent! We enjoyed another week of fabulous food prepared by Chef Bob and his staff. Every dish is 500 calories or less. Some are vegetarian; most include a lean meat and vegetables. Soup is included every week prepared by The Soup Dude. The Soup Dude is very creative with his soups…seemingly, no two soups are exactly the same! Check out our food from the week of January 28–a very delicious week, I must say!
