Fabulous Food from Chef Bob!
I think the days go by so fast because we enjoy great food every day without the hassle of deciding what to eat, going to the grocery store, preparing meals, and major clean up after. Chef Bob’s Fit2Eat program is a time saver while providing delicious food with no more than 500 calories! Chef Bob’s son is The Soup Dude, and we enjoy a unique soup for lunch once a week. Some of the meals are vegetarian (yes, a carnivore can go without meat for a meal or two and survive!) while others feature wild salmon, smoked pork loin, pot roast, grilled chicken, and more!
