DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH YOUR SESSIONS IN STUDIO OR ON LOCATION?
We offer both options but recommend sessions involving children 1 year old or younger should be photographed in the studio. The studio provides a safe and comfortable environment for you and your baby.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM FRAMING?
We work with a local framer to ensure that your wall art is framed to complement the work and your home. You are welcome to meet with the framer yourself or we can take care of framing for you so that when you pick up your portraits, they are ready to go on the walls in your home or office.
WHAT IS A WALL COLLECTION?
This is a group of images that are hung together to tell a story. Whether you choose traditional matted and framed images or a more contemporary wrapped canvas collection, you will have a unique way to showcase your family and an important time in the life of your family.

WHEN DO I GET TO SEE THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION AND PLACE MY ORDER?
We will view your images together three weeks after your session. We will schedule an appointment for our presentation after your photo session. It is very important that all decision makers are present during this time because this is the appointment where your final decisions will be made. Since ordering appointments take between 1 and 1 and a half hours, we ask that you arrange for a babysitter for your children under the age of 12. Your images will be presented to you first in a slideshow and then we will choose the best images and display presentations for your home, office and gifts for family and friends.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your portraits will be ready for pickup approximately 2-3 weeks after your order is placed.
HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY FILES?
Non-ordered images will be saved for 6 weeks. All ordered images are archived for a period of 3 years.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
If you need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. While our session fees are non-refundable, you may use it for a one-time reschedule within 3 months of your original appointment date.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION FEE AND WHAT DOES THIS COVER?
Your full session fee payment is required at the time of booking. The session fee covers the time and talent of the portrait artist.The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied towards a rescheduled session within 3 months if you have had to reschedule your appointment.
HOW WILL THE ARTIST SIGN MY IMAGES?
All wall portraits (14” and larger) are hand-signed by the portrait artist.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ME?
Yes…there is an additional shipping and handling fee. The final cost depends on the size and weight of your order.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY ORDER?
Half of your order total is due at the time the order is placed. We offer a no-interest payment plan for up to 6 months for orders over $600. Your order must be paid for in full before you pick up any portion of your order. Your order is considered final when the 50 percent deposit is paid.
DO YOU SELL DIGITAL NEGATIVES?
You will receive a complimentary digital negative with all ordered images. Your ordered images include a re-sized image with logo for your digital devices and social media. These images are sized for the web and are not to be used for printing.

HOW MANY CLOTHING CHANGES DO I NEED?
Frankly, we can give you awesome images from even one outfit! I recommend no more than one or two alternate outfits. You can always change the look of an outfit with the addition of accessories.
SHOULD I GO OUT AND BUY NEW CLOTHES FOR MY SESSION?
Our portraits are about YOU and your clothes should only be an accessory. We love close-up images so many times a basic shirt with great accessories can really bring attention to your face! Check out our tips for What 2 Wear.
WHAT IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MY SESSION?
No worries just go ahead and come to your session. We can do all the studio shots first and hope for a break in the weather. If we have to, we can reschedule the outdoor portion of your session for a later date.
