Why an Engagement Session?

The list of things to do starts immediately after she says, “I do.” One of the things many couples discuss is whether or not to have an engagement session. Some decide they don’t have time or a friend can take a few of them the next time they see the friend who owns a “good” camera. Some will use a professional photographer before deciding on their wedding photographer.

I’d like to share with you why your wedding photographer should be the same photographer for your engagement photos…and yes, you really need to take the time for an engagement session. Your photographer will use the time together to get a sense of how the two of you interact and to give you an opportunity to become comfortable in front of the camera. The more relaxed you are in front of the camera, the better (more natural) your photos will be. So book your wedding photographer based on her style and trust her to create images of your engagement session and your wedding day that you will cherish for a lifetime!

I’m not the only wedding photographer in Birmingham; I just want to be your wedding photographer.
